The Clinical Resource Supervisor assists the Director of Nursing and Clinic Practice Administrator in providing clinical leadership and nursing management within the assigned departments. In collaboration with senior leadership, supervises nursing and non-nursing staff within the assigned departments. The Clinical Resource Supervisor is responsible and accountable for the coordination of operational and clinical activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to personnel management to include clinical personnel selection, orientation/training, scheduling, development/mentoring, coaching and counseling, disciplinary actions, patient care delivery, provider relationships, intradepartmental and interdepartmental activities, quality control and process improvement activities, and regulatory compliance. Works collaboratively to assists managerial partners in the development of protocols, policies, and procedures. In the absence of the Director / Administrator, may assume responsibility and accountability for management of the assigned departments. Actively works to promote interdepartmental relationships and work flow processes focusing on continuity and competency of patient care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited nursing school Bachelors Preferred
Current Montana state RN license.
Healthcare Provider CPR, and ACLS certification required
PALS and TNCC, or ability to acquire within 9 months of hire
Minimum of 1 year of registered nursing experience
2-3 years of Clinical experience relevant to area of service, preferred
Demonstration of progressively more responsible duties and/or previous supervisory experience, preferred
Or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
